BDC International is a low-income base and a consulting firm dedicated to supporting alternative systems for change. We strongly believe in collaboration, teamwork, advocacy, and the philosophy of PERSONAL MASTERY. We base our work on leadership philosophies and our own hypothesis "Be- Do-Change."

Areas Of Service
BDC International’s primary intention is to support and serve underserved communities, organizations with little resources, and families on a personal level through education, facilitation, and training. We want to support and guide with a wide variety of tools. We also believe that in order to see better societies, we must understand how human dynamics affect communities, organizations, families, and the world.
Our mission is to inspire others to become interested in utilizing mindfulness practices, leadership tools, alternative dispute resolution strategies and the power of internal and external dialogues to create healthy environments that serve as a bridge for people who are open to practicing and adopting these powerful tools.
In addition, we also promote Sustainable development and Environment. We used conscientization, education and expert approaches to demonstrate the connection of sustainable development and societies.

We utilize a combination of conflict resolution approaches, coaching, and emotional intelligence education as well as provide clients with referral to other resources to guide them to reach self-sufficiency and independence. A place of collaboration with our new generations
BDC International understands the importance of leaving a legacy of skilled leaders in our new generations. We can not demand world change if we do not support our children with a better education in different areas of social life.
We are inspired to promote the prevention of violence and education with various tools. We use a road map approach to reach personal goals, working with conflict resolution techniques and mindfulness practices. We address topics such as the value of education, the impact of domestic violence and bullying, the importance of learning, and the development of emotional intelligence. In our workshops, we emphasize the need for self/self-other dynamics.
All of these topics are essential parts of the personal growth of our children.
We work to promote solutions to social issues from root causes such as trauma, violence, poverty, cultural differences in our country, and the level of education in the system's structures. We utilize a hands-on approach with the mindset that social problems are the results of the personal experiences and connections of each community or person.
